    We start with range of motion evaluation of various joints. When we find limitation in a range of motion, we proceed with specific muscle strength tests, identifying weak muscles responsible for limitations.

    A. I would recommend wearing comfortable (stretchy or loose) exercise clothes. If possible, avoid jeans, heavy slacks, pants with belt.

    MAT sessions are available by appointments only. Contact us to book your session, or you can do it online.

    MAT sessions are available at Sunstone Yoga studio in North Dallas at Beltline @ Preston Mon-Fri 6-8pm, and on Sundays 8am-1pm. Ask if you need it at different time and/or location.
